Ryan was a lovely young man who ensured he got the best possible price for us. I was dreading the whole selling process, but thanks to them it has gone incredibly well so far!

Oct 29,2021Where do I start …….. All of the team at Anthony quirk are incredible! Nothing is ever to much to ask of them and they are there to help you whenever you call!!! The whole team are so helpful, reliable and caring…. They actually care about you and not just the sale/ purchase of a property. My parents have used them multiple times and wouldn’t chose anyone else because they are the BEST!! 💛💛 Especially with my mum who panics a lot and calls them endless amounts of times there is never any problems and Chris, Ryan and Rico always make her reassured in any situations😁😁💛💛 I recently brought my first home and used bolt mortgages. Their work ethics are brilliant and Anthony was on the other end of the phone whenever I needed him! Sep 17,2021Fantastic service throughout the whole process. Got vast number of people through the door in one day (14 I believe) and sold a few days later to one of them after multiple offers. Georgia then gave updates as and when which then become a daily update after we encountered issues near the end. Would highly recommend.

When it came to marketing the property and getting viewers through the door they were excellent and at one point had booked up 10 viewings in a single day, which certainly enabled me to get the best possible price for my property. I primarily had dealings with Chris, Ryan, Rico and Georgia and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.

I chose them because right from our first meeting I had a good feeling about them, they were completely honest and upfront with me about everything. They didn’t give unrealistic valuations like some others did and it feels like they have my best interests at heart. Communication has been outstanding from everyone of the team I have spoken to to this point and I have no doubt it will continue on this way. I’ve had an offer within 3 days of it going live with them and the paperwork has already been started. I can’t thank Chris and the team enough for making this process so easy for us.
