May 04,2022I’ve just completed on our house sale with AQ acting as our agents. Highly recommend! They were honest and delivered great service throughout. We had a big issue when completing (not due to AQ) however they continued to keep contact with me the whole time, sending me updates and trying to reassure me as much as possible. Thank you for making a stressful process easier. Would definitely recommend.

We can honestly say from day one the organisation, helpfulness and professional approach this lovely team have are outstanding. They take time to listen and we feel that's an important part of the process. We chose our Mortgage Broker and Solicitor through Antony Quirk too who were in touch as soon as instructed. Apr 18,2022I was at the initial stages of selling two properties due to unforseen circumstances and was unsure on who to use. The majority of my family and friendship group has all used Quirks and were so positive about the team and the experience they had. I kept an open mind and decided on getting 4 agents to value both properties and after careful consideration and research of all agents i decided with my head and my heart to use Quirks. From the get go they had a process for every part of the marketing-negotiation and after sales. The app they use to track my sale was very impressive too. The team they possess seem to want a better way for all estate agents and almost seem obsessed with better results. Financially im now better off and feel Quirks negotiated on my behalf instead of rushing a sale as if i was just a number like many sales teams would have. Chris, Ryan and Lenny were my main points of contact. I now understand all of the glowing reccomendations for this team and i wish them the best going forward. As i got to know most members i also discovered how much they are involved within the Canvey community including lots of charity work for the homeless and countless community videos involving local shop owners. Keep it up!

Each sold within a week of going on the market and each realised the desired price. The service throughout was professional and friendly. The team, Chris, Ryan, Rico and Georgia were always available and ready to help push things through, nothing was too much trouble. Although I did not make a purchase due to color of my choice and the fact that I will keeping my car for now, best Mazda dealer experience so far. Better than Wellesley , Sentry, Patrick, Tully. Mar 24,2022Almost 5 years ago I had an unpleasant estate agent experience selling my house after being widowed. In desperation I contacted Anthony Quirk, spoke to Chris and we arranged for him to come out to help me with some advice and maybe starting again with them. Before my appointment with him my house actually sold so I had to phone and cancel. I was astonished at his kind and caring response, he was genuinely pleased that things had worked out for me. I have never forgotten him or his words. All these years later, my mum has passed away and we have found ourselves in the very sad position of selling her home. Chris and his team were our one and only obvious choice. They have been amazing, having our best interests at heart just as I knew they would. To feel you’re in such good hands is priceless and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
