Mar 29,2024They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office

The result was that we received our passports in 4 days. They provided an outstanding service. Despite being in California when they were in New York, communication was prompt and seamless. They also helped us review the applications and make corrections. They helped us through the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for Visa and Passport services

Mar 18,2024Was a little skeptical at first but was super desperate as my trip was on Friday and I realized my passport was expired on Tuesday. They answered at 10pm on Tuesday. I dropped it off Wednesday in the morning and picked it up Thursday at 6:30pm. Thank you so much for the great, detailed and helpful service!! I will be back again.

Mar 09,2024A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony. In less than a week, she needed to take an urgent trip out of the United States. A-Passport said they could get her--her first passport--within 72 hours. I didn't see how that was possible. A-Passport pulled it off without a single complication. The male owner whom I first dealt with in helping my friend was especially knowledgeable and gracious. I would recommend A-Passport without hesitation. They utterly delivered on their promise.

Mar 30,2024I was leaving for the Caribbean and never realized my Passport was expired 2 days before my trip. I called A1 and they met me at 9pm that night. It was amazing how they were able to get me a new passport within 24hrs. The experience was quick and easy. Go Zack!!!😄 My trip was amazing!!!!
