Jul 02,2020My initial chat with Bharti about my problem with Henley Retirement benefit sceme gave me, what is now a forlorn hope from one of confidence. I was told I had a claim and that APJ had already won compensations for Henlwys victims. I have waited expectantly for a few months only to be told by Arron, I could not claim at all. Despite me furnishing a great deal of evidence of fraud agaisnt me. My future is now gone.

Today I have just received my payment from them. The whole process was absolutely painless and all the staff I dealt with were polite and professional at all times. I am so glad. Jul 02,2020So far, the service from APJ has been incredibly disappointing. It’s over 1 year since I solicited their services for a mis-sold pension case and from what I can gather, they have made practically no progress forwards.
