Nov 11,2015I was approved for a loan 2167, then I hit submit to try and submit docs and my computer would not allow me to submit one of my docs, so they immediately declined my app said i have to wait 90 days to re apply. Plus, they didnt even have my bank listed whenever i was placing info for my card. This place sucks and do not recommend them to anyone..

Nov 10,2015You switched loans on me. Then you offered to lower the interest rate. You did not do this. I have tried over and over to contact you with no success. I will be paying off the loan ASAP and writing to anyone I can think of to complain about you.

Nov 05,2015They don't just look at your credit score to make their decision they look at your past credit history so that they see your history to see you have had a good credit history and are just having a little trouble right now

Nov 05,2015Chuck who made this all happen because all of his efforts to get my loan request approved and how he worked to get final papers through. It could not have happened without his efforts. The only thing I am requesting since it took passed the 13th due date on your disclosure statement because things were being held up to get funds into my account, as funds did not reach my account until October 28th, I am requesting that the first payment scheduled for Dec. 13 be extended until the 28th or 29th of each month, beginning December's payment. As I am retired and on a fixed income that reaches me by the 29th of each month, I am asking that due dates be changed to the 29th of each month so the money will be in my account. If this does not change, and payment is sent to my bank before the 29th, funds will not be in my bank and bank charges me $35 each time an ach is attempted. Please let me know by email your response. Again I will say without Chuck getting this loan approved and his extra efforts to get the funds into my account , I could not have gotten this loan without his efforts. He should be recognized for his efforts. Again, thank you Chuck.

Nov 05,2015My honest experience with Argon is just great I had with them loan last year and I have also this year too!. They approved me the next day and funded money to my account in the next three business days!. What else to say except if you financially stuck get the Argon Credit!!

Nov 05,2015Applied on a Sunday. Was approved for $10,000. On Monday, they dropped me to $3500.00 and said they were missing documents that I already sent them. Sent them the documents Monday after work, next day I was approved for $5000.00. Got money money on the third day, which was Friday. This loan really helped me out in a pinch, however, the interest is really high......

Nov 04,2015The application process and approval process was pretty fast and convenient. I was able to do everything online, submit documents and everything. I was approved right away. The only drawback was the time it took to receive funds..I was approved on Monday and didn't receive funds until Friday. I'm still grateful that they approved me versus other companies with very strict requirements.

Nov 04,2015ULTIMATELY THEY GAVE ME A LOAN BUT NOT UNTILL I WAS HUNG UP ON,LEFT ON HOLD,ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS 3 TIMES.WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER I WAS TOLD THAT MY QUESTION DID NOT QUALIFY TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER.SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME..IF I HADN'T RECIEVED A LOAN I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 2 STARS. A GOOD MANAGER WOULD CLEAN ALL THAT UP. SEEMS THE INMATES ARE RUNNING THE ASSYLUM

Nov 13,2015They know you're in dire financial straits and you don't have a lot of choices. That's the only reason I can think of for the abysmal customer service and for then taking their sweet time depositing the money. From application approval to deposit was 5 days, only 2 of those non-business days.
