Aug 05,2020As with others, ordered a sewing machine foot. They took my money right away and I got an email my order was received. I was provided never provided with a shipping confirmation with tracking info that linked to anything. I communicated several times trying to get s status - unanswered. Finally I decided I was not going to get the item and disputed with PayPal. It took 3 months to the day but it was resolved in my favor. Thankfully I used PayPal - always happy with their service. Also a reminder to check reviews when ordering from someone for the first time online

First of all, they claimed that I had received the package because of the tracking number, (that's the tough way they work) PayPal checked with them, so they closed the complaint. Firtunatelly I finally found the package with tracking number and stated polishing list. The value was marked at $ 1 USD. I paid £ 19.99 - $ 24 + USD incl. Carraige. So they broke the law right away by stating that the value was only $ 1 USD. Now Paypal has received a scan of the package myargon which says that they will refund when I send the package back to them. I guess they will then claim that I did not send it back. FRAUD

First of all they claimed I had received the package because of the tracking number, (that is the sly way they work) paypal checked with them so they closed the complaint. Firtunatelly I eventually found the package with the tracking number and the stated polishing strip. The value was marked at $1 USD I paid £19.99 - $24+ USD inc. carraige. So they broke the law right away by stating the value was just $1 USD Now Paypal have received a scan of package myargon say they will refund when I send the package back to them. I suppose they will then claim that I didn't send it back. SCAM

Jul 29,2020I ordered a product in April 2020. I understand covid and was told on the order to just keep waiting that they were behind. Again Understandable. Finally in middle of July i made a complaint with Paypal that i haven't seen the order arrive at my house. Seller's response is that it had already been delivered by a reliable delivery service. That was July 17th. I said NO we have not received anything yet. On July 27th we finally received the order. So in the case with PayPal they LIED and said on July 17th their records showed it was delivered. not an honest company!!!

Jul 16,2020I purchased the mini circular saw the first of March and in April I got an email saying it had been shipped. The first of this month July I received 3 blades and no saw, case or vacuum bag. I went to PayPal and lodged a complaint to my argon. That was the first of the month. I have just received email saying they would give refund after I sent back the blades. Since I do not trust these people because of the way they advertised falsely to get sales, I am not sending back paying shipping again. I am letting it go and mark it as bad purchase. These people ARE SCAMMERS!! Luckily I only lost $34.94 advertising on Pinterest and Facebook.

Jul 04,2020I ordered a jewellery making tool from them back at the beginning of February 2020. Two months later I received something completely different. I originally paid over USD22 and the useless bit of kit sent to me sells on eBay for 99p plus £2.99 postage. I've escalated my complaint to PayPal who have just passed on an offer of a full refund provided I return their item but it has to be fully tracked. The return address I've been given is Canada and to fully track a parcel there will cost me £50.I've provided photographs for comparison purposes and also suggested that this is probably a scam.My Argon are fully aware that no-one is going to spend crazy money to return a 99p item but have obviously won over PayPal by offering the refund.I have until the 13th July to pursue this and pursue it I will.Just as a by the by, I have a second case opened with PayPal, different company but EXACTLY the same scenario down to the same rubbish tool and the offer to return the item for a full refund (this one was more expensive at over USD25 and supposedly with a free gift which never arrived). This company actually admitted that I was probably going to find this prohibitively expensive to send backj! I don't get stressed easily but I have a small jewellery & accessories business and, with these two cases I could lose nearly $50 which I simply can't afford.

Jun 30,2020I had to give them one star because there is no option to give zero stars! I ordered a product back in May. Never received it and they have never responded to with me or PayPal. I don’t know why PayPal still deals with them. But save yourself the trouble. If it’s MyArgon - DON’T BUY IT!!!

Jun 25,2020I bought an electric saw from My Argon. They sent out a 110 volt saw to me in Australia. We use 240 volts. There was no warning on the box. It blew up. I asked for my money back. They said no- they’d replace it. 5 months later it hasn’t showed up. I tried to get PayPal involved , but they were useless. They said I had to return the item to USA in the same condition I received it. How could I? It blew up, and they both knew that. Think thrice before buying their rubbish, and don’t expect customer service, just false promises.

Jun 15,2020Didn’t deal with Argon,but I have dealt with Aromatic Waterfall which is associated with Best Shopping Dealz and Original Paint By Diamond. These companies are nothing but ripoff artists. My bank account had this phone number 8449871265 associated with a withdrawal by Aromatic Waterfall,that’s what lead me to the other businesses. Their origin is China and they are ripping all of us off. Pass the word and don’t deal with these ripoffs!

Aug 08,2020I had placed an order on May 11 , 2020 As of now I still have not received my order , I had tried to contact My Argon to no avail via phone calls and emails . Finally I decided to open up a Dispute through Paypal since this who I used to pay for my purchase , they suggested I try to communicate to My Argon again which I did , finally My Argon responded with an email stating the the item was delivered through a reputable service , I responded back that I still have not received my order and that 12 weeks was way longer for me to be patient . At this point I was just wanting a full refund , so I then escalated my dispute through Paypal and don’t you know the closed my claim and sided with My Argon !! 🤬😡! Long story short do not Purchase anything from this company !!! Total Scammers !!
