Jul 17,2015I was very unsure at first being this was a online application,there are some many scams out there. Argon Credit is Affiliated with Lending Tree and Lending Tree is Affiliated with the BBB, once I saw that I kind of felt better but still I was unsure. When the process started things went slow at first (I must admit it was the weekend ) but after that everything went as plan, there service was very timely and professional. I hope to do a lot of business with Argon Credit again. Thanks alot

5 Weeks Later
Jul 16,2015I have had loans with them before. So when I had some unexpected expenses I went to them first. I submitted all of my documents with my application because I knew what they needed. I was preapproved for a much larger amount and then approved for the loan within a week. However, it took 5 WEEKS to get my loan paperwork to sign electronically. I thought I missed the email so I called several times. I waited on hold for hours on several different days and at different times of the day. I never talked to anyone. I left a voicemail but never got a call back and the mailbox was full when I called in the future. I called the technical line to see if they were still in business. They said they were having some internal paperwork issue. After 5 weeks, I got the paperwork. I guess it is better late than never but I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Jul 16,2015Great to get access to quick funds, but was not funded what I was orginally approved (much less). Their customer service dissapointed what had been a positive experience to that point.

Jul 16,2015I applied for the loan and within 2 days funds were deposited into my account. Hassle free and timely. My interest rate is high, however that's based on my own individual financial health. But Argon gave me a chance at the time I was in need. SO THANK YOU Argon, I would recommend you.

Jul 16,2015The only crediy company that approved me not by my score but by my income. Process was very easy and simple. When i did my app it said i was pre approved for 4200 but when i was approved they gave me the full 5000 i had asked for. Thanks argon credit for being there to help me in need!
