Sep 15,2015Made a phone call was told what I needed to qualify. Submitted the paper work, spoke with an agent. Next thing money was wired to my account. The turn around was so fast. I really needed help and received it in time of my needs. Can't thank them enough. Great service.

Sep 13,2015I've been dealing with Berj for awhile and he seems to know his job and has always been helpful, but as of late The Payment Center is not very friendly When you call, The have stated my bank returned a payment of NSF but never even processed it to begin with and now they took out a payment they should not of done. The communication with Argon, Berj, Payment Center and myself lacks something. I know I am not the only customer, and Berj has other things to do. but I don't know things go arye unless I log in and I should have to unless I was making another payment.

Sep 12,2015Argon customer service is very slow! I never talked with a live person! It was done all online using emails! It took to many days to fund my loan partly because they said they never received my paper work which I had to resend then it took another 24 hrs before I was approved and another 24 before I was funded! I do not like there setup way of approving and funding a loan. I will not be using there service again once my loan is paid off! I will not recommend them to my associates !

Sep 12,2015The process was quick i did application on the weekend a saturday evening and received an approval through email that same night, then received another stating need more information. I submitted info and received another email stating approved. Then I received the loan agreement.. Then an agent called me and he was very helpful with followups and other things that were needed. THE NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY HAVE YOU SIGN THE LOAN AGREEMENT BEFORE THEY VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION. Which to me is backwards. Overall the process was quick and easy and I received my loan the next day.

After getting in contact with Argon the process was task easy and approval was within a couple of hours. Even though I didn't get the full amount of what was needed the monies received was appreciated. Your company was professional during the entire loan process.

Sep 12,2015I applied on 8/21 and was told it would take 48 hours to fund. I called everyday for a week to find out the status. They kept telling me I was missing paperwork, I would send it and call again. I finally received the funds 10 days after this whole thing started. Definitely was not a smooth process but I did receive the funds
