May 23,2020Order the white mother-of-pearl found out each panel is not exactly square went ahead with the project if you like cutting glass that's what you're going to be doing it's just like last year cutting a lot of them were not square ended up with a lot of spaces couldn't get anyone on for customer service was terrible trying to locate some kind of filler for the cracks and that's almost impossible what looks like a very simple job is extremely hard try to get some help for filling the cracks good luck I'm left with a mess if you can locate some crack filler the same color as the mother of pearl try it if not stay away

May 17,2020First time I ordered in April a pack of 10 KN95 masks they the came in 5 days direct from China Held up well. The second time I ordered them I ordered a pack of 20. They came in 2 weeks from China. 17 of the 20 masks worked. 2 had slits on chin and one was not glued at all so not usable. But that was later in April after the CDC said KN95 could be used by Medical professionals if N95 were not available so they were probably in a hurry to make them these defects were missed in the process The third time I ordered them was over 3 weeks ago I got a FedEx tracking number said I would get them in 3 days. I never did a week later I get a USPS tracking number to ship from the US for the same order...Still waiting for the order delivery.. Now the web site says delivery from US. I guess my point is the masks are OK when you get them but in my experience some also have manufacturing defects.. So if you are not in a hurry to get just OK KN95 then order them. I have ordered from 4 separate suppliers of KN95 as well as this supplier was out in the past as well as while waiting for this order to come in. I in fact ordered from another supplier because this one was taking so long to ship (not available for shipment even though they had a shipping label for weeks)and come in the other supplier a week later and got them within a week and from placed an order from another supplier after that as well. This supplier Art3D is the only one that took so long and had manufacturing defects. Others might have better experience. If I had only ordered them one time I would have given them 4 stars as my 10 masks came on reasonable time with no defects. After that I had product defects and slow shipping to deal with. Their website not not indicate any backlogs when they happen which might be why they have chosen only to ship from the US at this point.

May 09,2020Shipping took almost 2 weeks (most likely due to to Covid) but definitely worth the wait! Saved about half by ordering through them instead of buying from our local home improvement stores. I am not handy & have to say once I got used to doing the corners & cutting out where wall receptacles go, it went pretty easy. I did it on my own & it looks great!

Apr 17,2020After searching high and low for masks I stumbled across this website. It is totally legit. I live in Colorado and they got me some masks. I am going to reorder even more (costly) but if I cant get them anywhere else then this will do. Now we need some disinfectant wipes and hand sanitize lotion... BTW..Only took 5 days from China. Well done!

Apr 08,2020The ordering was an easy process. The shipping took longer than usual, which wasn’t a surprise at all given this current global situation. My items arrived as expected, in two well sealed plastic bags. The items themselves are of high quality material and are durable. Sadly, we have to re-use them by careful rotation. The only reason I docked the rating a star is due to the eye-watering cost to acquire these things as it shipped all the way from China.
