I ordered the marble tiles and for some reason the wrong ones came but no worries ART3d send out the correct ones immediately and they were there the next day! Great company and excellent customer service! They even gave me a new shipping label to send back the wrong ones.

Nov 23,2019I ordered twice through Art3D and was very happy the first time we ordered. The product arrived quickly and accurately. The second time I placed an order, one week later, the product was not showing up as having been picked up for delivery. I called a few times with no success getting through as did my husband. Now, I will say that my husband did receive a text asking if he needed assistance and I did get a response to my online contact within 1 business day with follow up to when the product would be delivered.

Jan 07,2020I ordered the mother of pearl back splash for my tub inserts. Very pretty and the tile itself is kinda thinner than I thought they would be. I only needed 2 12x12 and you could order them separately instead of ordering a whole box. They arrived quickly but the tile was not packaged very good, there was no protection. The top piece had several cracked tiles. I called and the man I talked to sent me like a half of sheet to cut out and replace to cracked tile. Came in quickly. I have not installed this. Cant wait to see what it will look like when its all done!
