Jul 10,2019Our mother of pearl shell tile arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition, not one broken tile. Granted, the shell mosaic tile is not all spaced perfectly uniformly, so grout lines are not perfect. . .but we expected that with a natural product. We ended up with extra because there was no damaged products as waste. My ONLY complaint is that the company doesn't offer as much color variety in the product as we would like so we had to settle for a color that was not quite right for our project. But it still looks beautiful completed

Jun 20,2019I understand that this is a natural material but I only ordered the one sheet and in the center of the sheet one of the tiles overlaps and will need to be cut out. Luckily, I am using the tile as a border and am cutting it into 3 pieces. I will just have to cut it out and piece it back together when I put it up.

May 23,2019What a great experience it was doing business with Art3d. I ordered a sample which was very easy to receive. Once I received the sample I knew this was the Mosaic tile I wanted. The tile was delivered on time and packed very well. When it was installed it looked like tile that would have been twice the price. I had ordered too many cases of tile and when I ask if I could return 1 unopened case they were every accommodating. I would highly recommended anyone to use Art2D for their decorating needs.
