The company service was great in terms of delivery and speed. The product itself is very good. Depending on how you plan to use it, be aware that it can only be mounted in one direction...from left to right, during to the shadows printed around the bricks and the way it overlaps. But we ended up with a beautiful end result.

Nice treatment/very kind. I did have to call, as I just wanted to order 2 pieces to see how they would look, so I had to go to another site that Carl gave me. I did received order fairly quickly.

I gave5 stars for the great customer service I received. They fixed my issue without any hesitation. As far as the actual product goes, I can't say as i have not received it yet. I would like to mention that the issue I had, that customer service helped me with was not due to the quality of the product.

Originally ordered product from distributor on ebay and tiles had peel and stick back. Ordered same product directly from art3d and product did not have peel and stick back. Unfortunate.

think product is great . thicker than i expected . raised brick look - pretty much wouldn’t know it wasn’t ceramic tile that would have to be grouted , - heavy duty , not a “ wall paper “ type thickness , — caution. though. — make sure the celephane covering over the surface is completely removed before applying next tile . sometimes it comes off in pieses , and i didn’t see it . if it is left on the “ over lap “ tabs the next tile won’t stick there , anyone that has seen it ( and my self ) think it looks great , really looks a lot better than i expected . very happy with it .
