Sep 21,2022Dear Art of Tibet, as I already notify you I am very disappointed with the Mala that I bought since it broke after a week of use, with the upmost care not to force or bend the Mala, it broke right on the end near the tail. So I am very disappointed for the weackness of the rope, and I am considering to ask for a reinboursemtn or a replacement. Giorgio Capuzzo

Sep 13,2022Hi , your items are beautiful and top notch . My only gripe is that a few days after i spent good money on some bracelets you had a 20% sale . Could have saved me a few quid . But i know its pot luck . Just be happy if i had known before hand . Hindsight is a wonderful thing ....
