I was extremely impressed with the service of this company, and would happily use them again and recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

My little one 1.5 yrs old got down with chicken pox and we had to cancel the flight, and its been 2 months now, they have not provided me with cancellation invoice or any information on my refund/credit points. Very disappointed, on mailing them they reply back why are you contacting us, we are not manager here.
