Nov 04,2017I can only speak as I find,and I found ASAP absolutely brilliant. Chris Bello who I dealt with was absolutely excellent. I told him my circumstances and he went into it and never stopped working at it,until he got me exactly what I wanted. He must have been sick of me but he rang me as many times telling different flights . He was brilliant and when I thanked him for everything he had done for me,he said he didn't do it on his own there was a team of them and they all worked to help me. So a big thank you to all those that helped me in my quest for my flight.

Nov 02,2017I FOUND ASAP TICKETS MORE BY GOOD LUCK THEN ANY OTHER REASON ! i DEALT WITH ONE OF THE STAFF NAMED SANDIS, WHO LUCKILY FOR ME WAS ONE OF THE MOST PATIENT PEOPLE i HAVE EVER COME ACROSS ! i HAD NO PROBLEMS ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF TICKETS THAT HE HAD FOUND FOR ME, PRICE RIGHT, TIMINGS RIGHT, AIRLINE GREAT ! i DID HOWEVER, HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF PROBLEMS WITH MY CREDIT CARD, AS THE CARD ISSUER THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT BE A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION ! AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF ME GIVING DETAILS TO THE BANK, AND CARD ISSUER ETC., EVENTUALLY SORTED NEXT DAY AT LUNCHTIME ! ALL OF THIS TIME, SANDIS WAS POLITE AND QUITE REMARKABLE ! I ASKED IF HE WAS A BIT FED UP WITH PEOPLE LIKE ME, AND HE REPLIED NO, IT'S ALL PART OF MY JOB ! EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND. WELL RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE BY ME MARTIN.J.C.

Requested a quote for flights from Manchester to Nashville via the website and got a call back from Bernie who provided fantastic customer service throughout my booking with them. When I told them about certain fare prices I'd been offered with other companies, Bernie did not hesitate in matching this price which was much cheaper than booking direct with airline. The whole process of booking was on the whole very smooth and within 24 hours I have received my e-tickets and my booking is confirmed via the airline website.
