I had to travel for an emergency family visit and one of the agent was very helpful, he also matched the lower price for me when I compared with other agents in fact, I don't think I would have got a better deal elsewhere. very Satisfied with the company over all and would definitely use their service in future.

we used their services for a family trip where everyone was flying out together but returning different dates.. they sorted that out and saved us money by finding tickets with shorter journey times and cheaper than what we found on kayak

ASAP Tickets was first up on Google, so I was a bit sceptical at first, figuring I'd move on the next agency after a bit of a telephone chat. But the agent (Archie F) was so friendly and patient and helpful... It was all over before I knew it: cheap flights on a major airline to two cities in Canada and back to London. Easy. I'd definitely use ASAP ASAP.

Searching the internet for flight deals I came across AsapTickets and thought I'd give them a try. I was contacted shortly after sending my details by Susan Smith from the Co. She quoted me a very competitive price but as my wife and I are travelling to Florida amid the latest hurricane dramas was unable to confirm our plans. Susan stuck with me, however, and checked regularly about our plans. Finally, we were able to go ahead and book. She reserved the tickets for us and dealt with us via email as we ourselves were not in the UK at the time. We now have the tickets at a price no other Co. could match. In pre and post research on AsapTickets there were some damning reports about their services that could easily put people off. Reading these closely it appears the majority were where changes to flight dates were requested. So far we have had very good service from the company. 5 star rating would be warranted, but until we have completed our trip a 4 star rating seems appropriate. Many thanks to Susan Smith for her perseverance, patience and understanding of our situation.
