I had the pleasure of getting booked in promptly my car was completed before the estimated time. The job was done professionally, very pleased with the service and outcome. I even waited in a beautiful and clean waiting area. I was also given a complimentary advice and update on my car with guidance which was a lovely touch. Jan 12,2025I had an A service booked in for my Mercedes. Asco advised that I also needed an air filter change despite me only buying the car nine months ago from Mercedes dealership and not doing many miles. Asco were very transparent and show me photo evidence that it in fact needed to be changed and that Mercedes hadn’t even changed it from the previous owner which they said they did. This was not included within what I booked it for, however Asco’s still do necessary checks to see what actually needs maintaining and what doesn’t. I got home and I thought that I had an oil leak and message them to notify them that I was worried that the car might break down. On a day that they don’t work, they made their way all the way down to me 60 miles away from the unit, which I was very grateful for especially them not actually working on a Sunday which is when I realised. They had taken off all the trays underneath the car and shown me that there was no leak and in fact it was just the mix of dirt and water dripping from the car. Overall I think their service speaks for itself. Highly recommended!

Jan 05,2025Been following Ascocars for a while on social media, was impressed with there services on selected Branded cars. I was able to book my car on the same day for a inspection A oil changes and filters. Dropped the car off and was completed within 3 hrs and everything on my Bmw X3 was updated on to Bmw database. Umar from Ascocars sent me video clips throughout the day on what was going with my BMW X3 and also explained via a whats app call. Thank you guys for today and definitely will be using you guys again.

However, after three disappointing experiences with Mercedes Ascot, I knew it was time for a change. Ascocars came highly recommended, and I reached out via Instagram. Everything was explained clearly and I was updated on the works and what was being done to my car. I highly recommend this company and will definitely return there in the future.

Oct 22,2024Ascocars truly helped me out and made my life and experience less stressful and resolved the mess I went through after going through hell with Motoeasy and Halfords, whom had no idea about my Mercedes but also a half baked job and messing me around. Not wanting to wait days for Motoeasy and their selected Halfords garage and other none specialist garage, I found Ascocar, I wasn’t expecting anything but just another headache but am glad I was wrong. Ascocar raised my expectations very quickly, just speaking to them you already knew these guys know their stuff and are true specialist as advertised, true customer care, support and high level professionalism from start to finish. Days of hell with others, all dealt with in a few hours by the real pro’s!! Expect to be looked after and in great hands but also aftercare advice. First time customer and am coming back but also will be only using AscoCars as my main specialist for my Mercedes, with also great pricing package of service. Highly, highly recommended!! Sep 28,2024Honestly look no further! I used to doubt specialists as they’ve always charged me over the moon for the smallest of jobs, but AscoCars has really been a God sent for me. I have now taken my BMW to Ascocars twice and I can say with full confidence I will never look back. The whole process is seamless, the team is absolutely amazing, everyone is really honest and knowledgeable of their job. They keep you up to touch every part of the way, and are always ready to help. All the parts are factory so you have nothing to worry about, all work is uploaded onto the iDrive and you are given a sheet with everything that has been done. Not to mention the prices are the most competitive I’ve come across! I will never even think of taking my car to BMW again, I have all the confidence on these guys. They are also located in one of the most accessible places in London right by the M4 and A4 in Chiswick which makes it super easy to get to. I can only thank them for their amazing service! 🙏🏼
