Jan 12,2024I was extremely satisfied with the service, especially because of a sudden loss of all means of transportation. I had to wait a bit for them to deliver the car to my location (50 minutes in total), but it was worth waiting. They delivered to me a beautiful, latest model of VW T-Roc car, automatic. I have never driven automatic car before, but the guy named Jakob was so friendly and helpful, and showed me everything. The other guy named Ziga, who came to pick the car up to my location, was helpful as well. Overall, great service! 👍👌 I highly recommend them because everything went so smoothly that I had the feeling it was my own and not a rented car 🤭

I have a few accounts with a few of the bigger companies, and although i’ve never had much hassle, they do tend get lots of negative reviews and also tend to be less transparent with costing and also try to hard sell extras. Not so with Atet , they are without doubt the most transparent of all car hire companies i’ve ever used. Not the cheapest but for integrity and genuine professional no fuss service , they are exceptional. So much so, i was 100% confident even before i picked up the car, which is a rare thing when booking a car i think in a country you have never been to before. This was down to the detail and the clarity of the invoices etc. They really did deliver to the letter. 5 stars 100%
