My work schedule doesn’t leave me with much free time to meal prep so I’ve tried a few different meal plan services to help before landing on AthleticsFit as my favorite. I use the athlete plan to get some extra protein but keep calories on the conservative side. The food is always delicious and healthy and the delivery service is 100% reliable. Doesn’t get any easier. Highly recommend them!

Dec 09,20194.5 stars out of 5. Everything is great! Just need to be able to request certain foods cooked to a certain temperature. For example, flank steak is supposed to be medium rare but the meal has done well done. Other than that this company is excellent and I intend to stick with them. Food is great tasting and you scan customize meal size portion. Great company.

Aug 11,2019Sweet experience. Everything was delivered on time. The white rice is pretty hard and the chicken doesn't taste the best. The salmon though is the best ever. So are the potatoes and veggies.
