First I received a message that it would be delivered on Tuesday, then received another message my order would be delivered on Wednesday, between 12:30 - 4:30. Never came! Today is now Thursday I have not received another message about my order. I realize things happen, but I thought that I would be told about another delay. It was out for delivery!

Thats very irresponsible and the reply I get is that you guys are swamp. No apologies and no update. Just refund me if you don’t have the product communicate what the issue is.

Jan 25,2025Waited a month and a half for my order to even get to UPS. I received notice that it would arrive 2 weeks after ordering but I watched the tracking never change from "label created". I tried constantly to get into contact with ANYBODY from this place with no response. It wasn't until we direct messaged their account on FACEBOOK of all places that we got a hold of the EX OWNER, who managed to inform us that there was a delay and they wouldn't be restocking the things we ordered. I guess they wouldn't tell us that until they felt up to it? They have clearly displayed how much they value their returning customers.
