Sep 07,2023Order arrived late Badly damaged by Aust Post / items may hv been damaged & contaminated. Box never opened. Sent photos -no one responded I emailed again & was told I cld get a new order sent out. Also asked if they coukd find out what happened at Aust post & I was told they’d let me know. The response was the warehouse isn’t responsible for Aus post damage?? Aren’t you interested in getting a postal refund? I got email to say refund was coming. Still no refund?
