Oct 05,2020I ordered a bracelet for my Breitling SuperOcean from AuthenticWatches and the product and service I received exceeded my expectations. The bracelet was brand new and in immaculate condition. The bracelet was delivered a few days earlier than expected; which was much appreciated during the current pandemic. I would definitely refer AuthenticWatches to family and friends and will be a returning customer. Keep up the great work.

Sep 25,2020So it got to a week before delivery and they had confirmed it was in the way etc.. got an email saying it wasn't ordered and offered a refund after all the complaints I'd sent. PLEASE DONT BUY HERE This has been the worst experience of any kind of purchase in my life. I'm sure all the 5 star reviews are fake as most have no information written on them. Please please please don't buy anything from this company If this post stops just one person going through the torment I'm currently going through then I'll be content. In short, don't buy from here See they even admit that they want me to buy another watch at the cost of a few thousand dollars just to change and address otherwise they will kindly cancel the order and charge me 10%. What great policy's Since we are obligated to ship to the address provided to us by PayPal, we would need a new payment with the correct address so we can refund your original payment with the incorrect address. If you would like to proceed this way, please let us know and we will send you a new PayPal invoice to make payment with the new address. Once the invoice is paid your original payment will be refunded. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. ***See buy another watch and we will send it wherever, otherwise tough*** O dear and waiting for a refund after they can no longer provide the watch...good luck, 2 weeks and still nothing

Jun 24,2020Bought a new watch and turned out that it was loosing time. Its covered under warranty so i sent it back for a repair. Sadly when i received it was scratched and when the watch was sent it didn't have any scratches or marks. I only wore the watch 2-3 times and my clothes never touched the watch because i am aware this could create swirls on the watch. When the repair was completed i asked them what was the problem and what was fixed. They said TAG Heuer does not provide specifics on a service. When i told them that i received my watch scratched they said there is no mechanism in the service process that will scratch the side-case of a timepiece. The scratches are commensurate with having Been worn for several months, and the markings are indicative of normal wear and tear. I was 100 percent sure that when the watch was sent there was absolutely not a single scratch or mark.
