The watch is amazing and I couldn't find a price anywhere near what I paid at Authentic Watches. Absolutely recommend Authentic Watches and when I'm in the market again, this is where I'll go.

Nov 07,2019These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on “value”. BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again

Sep 10,2019Terrible customer service. I bought a Mont Blanc smart watch. It stopped charging after a few months. I had purchased their upgraded warranty and sent the watch in for service. It's been five weeks now and their telling me it'll likely be another 6-8 weeks. TOTAL lack of communication from them. DO NOT buy from them is my recommendation.

Jun 24,2019Do not by goods from this company, I wish I would of read the reviews before I did. I bought a Cartier roadster strap through the chrono24 website of authentic watches for $375 , within The first hour of wearing it the strap broke from the clasp , they have refused to refund me the money and I am still in dispute with chrono24 over it . I would not use either authentic watches or chrono24 ever again, and I warn anybody else not to. This is the problem with onliusellers there is no real regulation.

Jun 15,2019WARNING: THEIR WARRANTY IS A SCAM. I bought a Breitling Chronomat from this company four years ago. The watch came with an Authenticwatches.com six (6) year warranty. I sent the watch back to these scam artists after the winding mechanism became very tight to wind. They refused to repair the watch under their warranty, stating it needed a complete over haul and then offered to repair the watch for $1253.00 USD. The watch is now back in my hands and has been sent to Breitling for analysis. Do not trust these scammers.

Jun 08,2019I bought Tag Heuer F1 for my 50th birthday. I am now 55. I just had my watch serviced. I can only speak for myself. I would defiantly recommend Authentic watches to anyone wishing to purchase a watch with a large saving.

May 21,2019I bought a Tudor Heritage Black Bay watch from Authentic Watches. One of the white dots on the watch face has become unattached. Authentic Watches has refused to cover this repair under its "Warranty" because it says that it does not cover repairs to watch faces. Do not buy a watch from a company that engages in such shifty warranty repair practices.

May 10,2019I purchased a new Baume & Mercier watch crumb Authentic Watches to months ago. I then had to put a new battery in it ($20.00). The watch still stops periodically. Now I have to return it for service, along with a check or money order payable to them for the return of the watch to me ($30.00) and, of course, I pay the shipping and insurance when I ship it tho them($30.00?). I made a huge mistake purchasing from this company. I am hoping I will get a watch that works, but I'm not holding my breath. I WILL report them to the AG office in my state. I have now received the repaired watch. It took quite some time. There was no confirmation from the company that they had received the watch for repair, no explanation as to why the NEW watch stopped working, why they sold the watch with a battery that did not work, no communication that they were returning the repaired new watch back to me. The watch appears to be working, for the time being. The customer service leaves much to be desired.
