Mar 24,2020I had a very pleasant experience. I actually appreciated a second layer of security that I had to go through prior to my watches being shipped. This caused a few pleasant back and forth emails between myself and various people at the company, and we were still able to get my watch shipped out after verifying my information. I was very pleased with the customer service and also pleased to have gotten the Automatic Longines that I have always wanted. It was my wedding gift for myself to myself. I can proudly say that it will be the last watch that I plan to own :)
