Dec 07,2019We were made to feel very welcome after travelling so far . Ibrahim Atta who looked after us explained everything to us and was a gentle man and excellent at his job. We are pleased with the vehicle and it was clean and tidy but just lacked the valeted look.

Dec 05,2019Bought an expensive 15K van from these guys. They presented their RAC report which i found out was done inhouse and not actually by the RAC. Everything looked good until 2 months later we put the van in for breaks. The mechanic said he had never seen anything like it. The vehicle had clearly been used in very wet conditions or flooded and the break shoes, pads and handbrake parts were all severely corroded. This was a 15 plate vehicle with only 40k on the clock. The team at autocapital were very dismissive and rude. It is worth noting that in their terms and conditions they make terms that they opt out of certain parts of the Sale of goods act. If you are a business they believe that you have no rights. I will be testing this in court shortly.

Dec 02,2019The 3 month warranty is pointless as basically covers nothing. Unfortunately the sales team failed to tell us the vehicle battery would need replacing within weeks (£300), the air con was faulty (one of the advertised selling points), various electrics such as rear heated window didn’t work, broken fuel flap and leaking sunroofs...all not covered when we enquired after purchase. Shame these things weren’t checked and identified in house before it reached the sales floor. We were not told of any of these issues with the vehicle at purchase.
