Automatic Door and Hardware is a third generation family business. Beginning with our Grandfather, who was one of the first Besam automatic door distributors, both our family and business has grown. Today our company is proud to offer our own line of commercial doors and hardware.

After my initial contact and a couple of pictures they were able to solve my issue … and it wasn’t even their product … Wow, these people go above and beyond. Thanks Derek !!!

He had me send him pictures to confirm the part needed. Derek made is so easy for me to get the right thing and explained how to ship the part that I ordered incorrectly.... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is RARE nowadays. Thank you Derek!!

Dec 30,2021company is a JOKE... please please stay away.. you will loose all the money.. No returns, or even they will not ship it to you, No response, No phone number to talk to someone - just a voice mail to contact thru email. They don't respond and they don't provide any service.

Jul 23,2021Ordered 4 Stanley duraglide roller assemblies. They arrived in a timely manner and the price was on the high side but fair enough. The rollers were installed and failed less then 2 months later. I have emailed them 5 different times with photos and a copy of the order. NO REPLIES FROM THEM. No phone number to contact. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste money and get no warranty or customer service. Steve

Feb 08,2021ordered door on jan 28 2021. received confirmation of order. took my money. said 7 - 10 days shipping... NO other communication. no phone number. no wonder amazon does such business! not happy. i want to know where my door is

Jan 20,2021I would give no stars but that is not an option. We ordered a door opener after sending in photos and speaking with the sales team. WELL... after paying $600 for two day air on 12/22/2020 and receiving the opener on 1/14/2021,22 days late. They should have refunded the shipping. Contacted customer service and guess what... SORRY not our fault "You ordered it... Your stuck with it". NO REFUND. What good is having a sales representative if the burden is placed on the customer. I will be going to the BBB as having the wrong part is one thing but charging for second day air and getting it 22 days later is not acceptable. Customer service should recognize this if nothing else.

Oct 27,2020I ordered a $197 belt for a Tormax automatic entry door. The belt was described as the belt made for the door model we have. Well, the belt is not the right belt. Sales did respond to my email about the situation saying no to my refund request. My request to customer service was not answered. There is no phone number to call on their web site. If you need a PJ660/260J EL, let me know.

Apr 19,2020Finding repair/replacement parts for anything is a challenge; after a net search for weather strip on a 30 year old storm windows I stumbled on ADH... having only a weathered sample, my questions to their customer service got immediate replies and a recommendation, a novel experience for most suppliers. The ordering process was quick and the 1100 feet roll of stripping arrived the next day... didn't expect that and thankful for the service.

He was in touch with me for several days and was very helpful finding the part I needed although I did not have a picture of the part. Gary went way above what was expected in trying to find the part I needed. When we need more parts for our church doors I will definitely call Gary.
