Automatic Door and Hardware is a third generation family business. Beginning with our Grandfather, who was one of the first Besam automatic door distributors, both our family and business has grown. Today our company is proud to offer our own line of commercial doors and hardware.

Jan 19,2019Must be two guys working out of their Mom's garage. It took 7 business days for them to ship. No phone number listed on their web site, only an email address. Very poor service. If you need a part in a hurry, look somewhere else.

Nov 27,2018it would have been nice to talk to a customer service rep but when I emailed them they responded very quickly, and then I asked another question via email and he responded back very quickly once again. There was no hidden charges the price was very fair, shipping costs were very reasonable also. And even though it was towards the end of the day I received confirmation that my part shipped on the same day.

Nov 13,2018I had to place the order 4 times. It kept getting lost until I entered a password to register. Password was not a required field but they won't process order without it apparently. This probably means I will now be considered a registered member and I will get tons of spam. I opted for no news. We'll see.

Nov 09,2018Great website but product arrived loose from it's packaging and with parts missing. Items showed effects from being loose and I was very disappointed with the sloppy way they were packed. Offered to credit me with $5.00 for missing parts, but still have not received the credit.
