Chased up my order a week after ordering and was told one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, even though advertised as in stock. No one followed me up before this. Order just sat there idle. Was given an apology and told that they would express post next day delivery. Waited 5 days before I finally got it. Disappointing as their prices are very good. .
