Awesome customer service, kits arrive promptly when ordered, will continue to order from Auto World Store and have already told friends and family about the website.

Mar 07,2025I had 1item that was a pre order and they held the whole order until the 1 item came in, over 3 weeks. When it did ship 1 other item was out of stock because they waited so long to ship the order and just removed it without even letting me know. The item was on sale as well. Very disappointed-lousy service. They also did not let me know there was going to be a delay until I called looking for my order.

Mar 06,2025Easy online shopping. User friendly. I'm into the slotcars at this time. I've bought several unpainted bodies to paint myself. The only complaint I have is the bodies already have the glass, bumper, hoods etc.. glued in. It would be easier without being assembled.
