Dec 30,2024Received most of my order in a timely manner and in great shape. One of the kits that I received was the wrong kit, customer service offerd to send the correct kit at no additional charge and let me keep the wrong models that they sent me. Still waiting to receive the correct model kit.

Dec 29,2024I mistakenly ordered just before I submitted a change of address to the post office. The post office would not forward the package and it went back to the vendor but the vendor handled it perfectly and contacted me and I corrected the address and they sent it promptly. I think they went above and beyond.

Dec 28,2024The product I ordered was a pre order that was due to ship at the end of Oct. according to the website. I didn't receive them until the end of November. I was told in an email the Prock car was delayed for some reason. Yet when I went to watch the races in Pomona and walk into the nitro mall the shelves were full of them. Kind of a poke in the eye. Then I finally receive the cars and much to my dismay the quality of the car is an pretty bad. The body and decals look great. However the rest of the car is all plastic. The detail is crap. I don't think I will be buying anymore of the diecast funny cars.

Dec 28,2024My cars the Prock 2024 is beautiful. I get it about the cuts on chassis to lower the cost of diecast . The car ride height the way it sits is awesome . And who raises their bodies when in the cabinet . The 2024 cars it’s been a wait. Can’t wait for the Ron Capps tribute car hot wheels to be released Please please release Alexia Dejoria Bandaro car . Many of us were not able to get our hands on the patron car . And the paint on many have cracked. Please please you got the body build the Bandaro car please!
