When I first got bamboo I let them know to put some notes down about an ex-wife that is frauding me out of my home so she couldn't get anywhere near me and your people I had them write some notes for almost 3 years they've done so well and I haven't had to pay any mortgage because I'm on a plan they make me know that I'm going to be okay and the walls are tight in your company I wouldn't have any other company but bamboo insurance and bamboo thank you so very very much and my children and my dog appreciate you it's been a hard road but you guys have been there for me now I've got a claim just started and I hope to God everything comes out the way I need it to come out and I need dire help getting into a place and paying my storage because if I don't pay it I'm going to lose it and that means I'm going to lose everything that I own thank you so much Mrs arms So know on Nov 26 I had something know happen that was the fire in my garage .my family and I have had to sleep in my car and my dog had babies my storage is due š thank you Mrs. Rebecca Arms
I was helping my partner Ian obtain new home insurance for a rental home of his in California when his prior home insurance company pulled out of this state. Weāve were assigned to Noah Larsen who, as our agent,was able to help with a new policy for a very similar quote. There were a couple of extenuating circumstances and we were very pleased that Noah was able to deal with them for us. Thank you so very much!
I find myself stuck with Bamboo insurance, my carrier dropped me and I fell for Bamboo Insurance Bamboozle. Beware āBamboo Insuranceā will prove itself to be a stereotypical āMade in Chinaā Quality, āDelay, Deny, Disappearā bogus, Bait and Switch scam. They disappear, policy benefits prove useless as soon as you file a claim. Once you file a claim expect a Status letter noting āthereās no coverage for this claimā and get stuck with this carrier with no option to protect your interest. Your claim data will be forwarded to the claims database and you will face a hard time finding coverage. They disappear, policy prove useless bogus as soon as you file a claim. Founder admits a disruption agenda, focusing on agency profits, aiming for the payouts lesser than premiums and using more conditions than the other carriers to deprive consumers of payout/benefits. Once you file a claim expect a āthereās no coverage for this claimā letter with no further explanation, nobody to contact and then learn that your claim information has been forwarded to claims database so no other carrier will sell you a policy again. Policyholders are struggling and trapped. Iām stuck with them. Negative customer experience of minimum to none claim payout/disappearance (operations team) is buried under positive reviews of finding (sales/marketing team) cheap coverage when other carriers dropped. In between thereās a tech(cloud, excessive partnered data crunching) for few to no payouts. Bamboo admits focus on company profits, their revenue per employee is $200K, total $20M profit all is from wreaking someoneās life with few to none payout. Notice the self-centered āWe want to continue growing profitably and doing the right thing for the company.ā Right thing for a company is to deprive customers of their payouts, market the benefits until claims are filed so claim information is forwarded to other carriers and the customer is trapped. Notice the rejection āWhile most home insurers collect five or six pieces of basic data, Bamboo ingests significantly moreā Ingest significantly more conditions/data to result in few to none payouts. Notice the data sharing to trap consumers āThe company also has found success partnering with other insurance providers, leveraging innovative technology and an easy-to-use platform {Name Redacted} developed.ā This platform is designed with a goal of 1. āpayout should be lesser than the premium earnedā & 2. ādoing the needful for the company profitabilityā 3. āInsurance needed disruptionā 4. āAgency uses significantly more conditions to deny claimsā 5.Consumers are trapped in the policy that lacks marketed benefits. Policy payouts are not based on facts/ circumstances/ evidence/ legitimate reasons/good faith. 75K+ consumers are at the mercy of the legitimacy of the algorithm developed by the founder and partnering with other insurance providers is a defrauding conspiracy. Consumer reviews are documenting struggles, dissatisfaction, false marketing and lack of fair loss settlements- this should call for a thorough investigation into the legitimacy of the algorithm/platform/partnership etc. practices. This company was founded in 2018, garnered 75M+ by 2023, consumer lawsuits are starting to pile up, itās on the path to disappearance/investigation. Agency needs to be investigated about their disruption agenda/method/consumer depriving, fraud. Consumers need an alert about protecting themselves. Experience is not xenophobic, that's not the point, important fact is they are making so much money and offer peanuts or no payouts. Lemonade paid fines for using AI for claim determination, this agency is using tech and bad faith, Needs an action on them. In the world where Bamboo Insurance could be anything they decide to be Made in China Bamboozle.
I had an unexpected flood in my home due to a faulty washing machine. Bamboo sent someone out to inspect right away and handled my claim quickly. So grateful to be insured by this company.
Noah Larsen was extremely helpful every step of the way helping me to obtain home insurance when my previous carrier dropped us abruptly without any assistance for replacement insurance. Do not get Bamboo, they are not in the insurance business but are in the documenting business to deny legitimate claims. They will string you along for a year and you may end up loosing your home. It has been 13 months of BS letters asking for the same documents already provided a year ago, not paying rent that is lawfully due, trying their best to come up with something to deny. They do not pay claims, they spend all their money on lawyers, 10 different inspectors, they don't even know the local rent oridinace laws and now I am in foreclosure. In order to save my home I will have to file for BK protection, I am in my 50's. RUN from this insurance. I want to know how their employees can look themselves in the mirror everyday while people loose everything they have worked for thier whole lives. update: I had to sue them, and they are dragging me into federal court to avoid the laws that protect us in state court. They were sited by the DOI, many times and going to federal court will allow them to avoide damages. RUN don't walk from this company.
