Feb 18,2025Both Dave A. and Jason D. where great today. Courtesy call about 20 min before they arrived, helped. They were delivering a 2nd replacement Ercol coffee table. Even this table did not match Ercol quality of 15 years ago. The first table blistered as if it was a veneer, the 2nd had a broken table top sliding mechanism as delivered. Today's table has 2 open knots and rough edges on one side of the table top. What are you doing Ercol?? B&S have handled this table top issue very well! Thank you for offering a discount and refund. The Romano table is not made any more. Dave and Jason were great. Everything noted down and left with a smile

Katy, the store manager was also very helpful and on hand to help. Have shopped at Barker abd Stonehouse for major items over many years, we never look elsewhere.
