Sep 22,2024Arrived at Fiumicino Airport on 23rd August 2024 expecting our ride to be there and they weren't. My brother and I searched everywhere for the driver with no sign at all and because there was no signal or WiFi at the airport we couldn't contact anyone. We ended up having to pay another €50 to get to our hotel. The ride back to the airport at the end of our stay was good. They had no excuse not to turn up as I had all the contact details and such and we were at the foyer of the hotel so there was no missing us. I emailed the company to tell them of the issue and they promised me a partial refund within 5-7 working days. I haven't had a refund at all and it seems that they keep fobbing me off with the same response that I'll get a refund within 5-7 working days. It's been well over that now and still no refund. Do better Baron Fleet.

Through the drive he gave us a few hints and tips about Rome and pointed out some historical sites. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean. A great ride! Thank you, Paolo.

Then check up on whether driver had picked us up. Driver was very efficient, helpful, friendly and drove safely to get us to our destination.
