Dec 20,2023We had an Ercol nest of 'Pebble' design tables which the large one had split into three pieces. I had water stains as well They came round gave a quote and took all three away. They have been delivered back today and to be honest we cannot find where the repair has been done. A totally professional service and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Dec 16,2023I contacted Barrdale French Polishers for repairing a solid oak coffee table. Due to my limited budget I was unable to use their services. However, the owner was extremely helpful in providing me all the necessary information and steps for me to be able to fix the problem myself in great detail. Based on my budget. It is extremely rare for a business willing to be helpful when they themselves are not going to financially profit from a customer.

Nov 03,2023Barrdale carried out a beautiful restoration of a large antique Mahogany Table - seats 14. A lath and plaster ceiling with light fittings fell on it from a great height. With all the deep scratches and marks I didn't think it would ever look good again. But it came back on time, as promised, at the quoted price, in beautiful condition with all the damage gone. Looks like new. Very Happy and I will certainly use them again.

Dale’s colleagues spent a lot of time on both items. WHAT I HADN’T REALISED IS THAT I HAD INTENDED TO GIVE A 5 STAR REVIEW. I HADN’T NOTICED IT WAS ONLY SHOWING A4. Despite being over 20 years old and dented by our son when he was young, the results were astonishing and our units look like new! Well worth restoring our furniture than be replaced. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Much consideration was given to the finish of each piece and the final results were outstandingly beautiful. I found every aspect of the business totally professional and all members of the team were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Aug 18,2023Dale came to my house and took considerable care to discuss with me the exact colour I wanted on my 25 year old family oak dining table, even taking away one of our chairs with the table to get the match right.Dismantling the table and taking it out through our garage was no trouble to him. Amazingly he got the table back to me beautifully refurbished within a week and then took some time explaining how to maintain it in the future. Just really professional and friendly people.

Jun 21,2023Inherited family dining table needed restoring, whilst the girlfriend was away as a surprise. I contacted Barrdale, from the outset they were brilliant. Collected when she left, delivered before she got back (tight schedule) Delivery guys were polite, careful with table, and great fun. The product? Well quite simply wow, 8 seater dining table restored to better than new. Girlfriend burst into tears when she saw it! First time she's done that for something nice I've done!! Cannot recommend enough. Soon as I get my partners desk out of storage I'll be asking them to work their magic again. Very reasonably priced too just to make it even sweeter! Thank you once again.

We spoke to Dale, and he assured us it could be repaired and made to look new again. Well, he delivered on his promise: it looks excellent, and we are delighted!
