When you're under immense personal stress, even making basic decisions can feel overwhelming — let alone trying to find the right legal representation. Nov 17,2024Our previous experiences of instructing Counsel had always left us feeling disconnected and to that end, we were preparing to represent ourselves at a Hearing in the High Court. We decided at the last minute that we would seek Counsel and, although we were very apprehensive, we came across a Chambers that responded prompted to our enquiry. We were allocated Barrister Saad Karim, who, from the very beginning, was very attentive. After a case conference, we felt assured that we had made the right decision in instructing Saad to represent us, as he very quickly grasped our complex circumstances for a hearing taking place the following day. Saad excelled in all of our expectations, to the extent that at the conclusion of the Hearing, the Judge commended him for the skill and manner in which he addressed the Court. Aug 16,2024Saad represented me at a financial dispute resolution that has gone on for over 3years I was very skeptical that we would agree on a decent deal for both parties during the FDR hearing. He was very professional and articulate, well prepared for the hearing and was able to resolve a long standing dispute with my ex-husband who was not going to move on his position .
