The quality and customer service is just amazing. Delivery both times was so fast and the customer service was friendly and professional. I would recommend Barron Beds to anyone I know!!

Barron beds went the extra mile.I had a lot of questions which were answered promptly & in detail via both live chat and email -unlike some other sites. Delivery was prompt and well within the time frame. My only slight crittcism is i wish they & the other bed companies could write their name/s on swatches.As it can get confusing ordering swatches from multiple sites which then all arrive unamed & at once . Overall a very good experience. Good price and good quality bed.

Dec 09,2022I was sent a different bed Looked nothing like the image Communicated with them about it and they did nothing And still they pick to argue Without making anything clear on the website For over two weeks they have been waiting for a response from the owner of the beds but I haven’t heard nothing So yes I will open a PayPal case, PayPal gave you days to respond and you still said nothing If the bed doesn’t look like the bed in the image Then you are selling fraud!! No point of a silly paragraph. If I asked for a storage base and you didn’t specify on the website that this won’t be the same bed in the image Then you ‘The business’ is at fault Then your arguing with me that you have a life outside that’s why you pick and choose when to respond

Dec 06,2022overall nice bed, fast delivery.But when it comes to customer service is weak. They do not reply to e-mails and on instagram also stopped responding. One side of the bed is crooked, it won't fit.For 2 months, no one will bear the consequences.

I reached out to them due to me ordering a bed from a different company (which was the worst decision I made, one of the beds issues being missing buttons) and asked BarronBeds if they could make me a button for my bed. BarronBeds then sent me out 5 Buttons for free, all colour matched and sized to my specifications. I am so blown away by the kindness and friendliness of this company- there isn’t many companies about like this one. This is definitely a great company, not doubts about it! - K.Hardy

Dec 03,2022Very easy assemble and good quality. But a minor problem needed to be aware, the screws which are attached the head and bases will have a chance to get hurt. They are protruding around 4 inch inside the bases after assembly. There are two nails protruding a little from the bottom plate

You get to mix and match the design, fabric, storage, height of headboard etc. I was kept informed about the progress and delivery. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend Barron beds.

Feb 15,2023I have received my item, until I place my order, customer service was good replying me by what's app. So I made my order and received one part damaged. Sent photos to them with explanation by what's app, showing the damage but they just ignoring me. Just be careful, don't accept delivery until you assembly your bed.
