I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion I must! Purchased two Ottoman Beds which arrived on time with a friendly delivery driver who was very helpful. The beds are built to a high standard at an amazing price. The bed frame is sturdy, and materials used feel high quality. I dare you to find a better price for a similar bed. From purchase to delivery, the customer service has been excellent and helpful. Will definitely be replacing the other beds with more from Barron Beds. Five stars for everything!!!

Customer Service was excellent from start to finish. Would 100% recommend. They dealt with the issues I had and sorted them immediately. The bed was exactly what I was looking for and the delivery was prompt. 10/10 would definitely recommend to others.

Bought 2 beds for my mum,we love the quality of storage beds and mattresses were just right as we wanted?,not too soft and too hard. Great customer service. Barron beds i shall give you a shout when i need more beds

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but credit where it's due. I'm also a right fault picker but can't fault this one, absolutely in love with this bed and the whole online ordering journey, speaking with Tahir and receiving the utmost care and attention. Few phone calls were exchanged for my peace of mind more than anything, the price was cheaper than other retailers and very reasonable in my opinion, but the quality absolutely blew me away. I did read customer reviews prior to purchase & it seems more are structured around delivery as bed quality can't be faulted, however I can report my delivery was smooth, delivered at the right time with plenty of communication. I was referred to Barron from a previous customer and having ordered the cheapest beds I could find in the past albeit with the lollipop stick headboards, this time I thought I'd treat myself with and Barron didn't disappoint. The thickness of the wood, the quality of the fabric, density and thickness of the headboard is very apparent vs cheaper options. This bed really seems built to last & I won't be hesitating to use Barron to upgrade other beds in the house when the time comes.

Still waiting for a reply from customer services after 4 months. The headboard and the rest of the bed are made from different coloured fabrics. They look ridiculous and do not match. Would have given this company 5 stars if the problem had been sorted

I bought last month Argentina Bed from Barron Beds, the quality of the ottoman gas lift is outstanding, lot of space and easy to open and close, Tahir was super nice and polite, with high standard customer service, one of the kindest trades man I ever came across. I highly recommend Barron Beds to any body.

Ordered a Scroll bed and a mattress from their website, was a bit skeptical at first as I am with all online companies but after I placed my order got a call from them after a couple of hours to confirm my order which surprised me a little as I wasn’t expecting it. The bed arrived and is absolutely beautiful the plush material is so soft and luxurious and the build quality is amazing. The mattress is amazing and so comfortable had such a great night sleep in it. Would definitely recommend barron beds, a great company!

*REPLAY TO THE COMPANY COMMET: 1. I can only do Monday because u called me and said the delivery is on Monday and as ur website stated 5-7 working days delivery- soooo Monday was the 7th :)) 2. you NEVER informed me the van is “broken”. This is the first time I’m hearing that . Plus, mate I’m the one who chased u for the time and date Monday morning 8AM before u remembered there’s a delivery that should go out for me!! 3.I wasn’t happy to wait till Friday but I couldn’t do anything as I had to go to work and specially I took Monday off for you as I trusted you when u called an said it will be delivered on Monday :)))) 4. Can u plz tell the truth before u said “ we successfully delivered the bed on Friday ” as I had to chase the delivery people on Thursday and then they said to me ‘ delivery MIGHT be on Monday ‘ :) I am assuming all calls are recorded so go and check! I literally had to beg them not to change the Friday delivery!!! 5. I don’t care how comfy the bed is if I have to chase you all the time and stress about the delivery date!!!! (So not worth it!) At the end, you should improve on ur customer service skills if u want this business to continue…. :) ENDDDDD . Would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Bad customer service like 1/10 5-7 working day delivery, yeah that doesn't exist. The bed came in 2 weeks even though they called me and said it will be delivered on the 7th day …. They told me it will come on Monday the 7th day so I took the day off from work and it didn't!!!!! So they rescheduled the next day but I couldn't do the next day because I trusted them when they said it comes Monday....... I ordered one bed and I was planning to order at least another 5 but not now after this bad customer service!! If you have the patient and time to chase them for the bed and be flexible for delivery even though they might not come on the day they said it would then go ahead and buy it but for someone like me who's busy and works full time, I don't have the patient and time to chase and wait.....

EDIT if anyone would like pictures of the faulty bed or the correspondence showing the company didn't reply to me for months please ask, but check Google as I've uploaded pictures to my review there. Flagging my review for containing the truth now,because the truth is harmful or illegal I see. Yes, my reviews are negative. People tend to complain when things go wrong. I've also got plenty of transactions where things were fine. Unless there was very good service, I don't tend to leave a review. Only when something "extra" happens. For a company to respond to a review seeking to ridicule a customer, and then blame them for having poor service by accusing them that.... They've had more than one occasion of poor service, is very defamatory. Anyway, please enjoy the photos of my ripped leg on Google, the very visible fault in manufacture that caused this, and the fact I bought the bed months ago and am only now receiving a response after I went public. I've never experienced a company that's pulled this before. I'm quite shocked. If you want to go through this too, then you know what to do... Buy a bed, made poorly, get told you're a liar and ridiculed publicly, make sure you've never had any other poor customer service experience or you will be told you're not allowed to leave "another" bad review and have percentages quoted at you. Be left with a faulty bed, poor customer service, and needing to chargeback through your bank and lodge a claim in court for costs, etc. Will update here with a link to Google so you can see the proof Original review below, evidence of everything I say, including ignored for months evidence, available to anyone who wants it: They sold me a faulty bed. Then they stopped answering after offering to......come and take it away, look at it in their factory, and then if it was indeed faulty (as my ripped leg due to the unfinished wood would indicate in the pictures I sent) bring it back.....I am disabled and have mobility issues - Some months later now, and my only option is a chargeback and claim in court for damages etc. Stay away from this company.

This would have been 5 stars but there was not enough communication about delivery. We ordered during lock-down so it took a little longer for delivery. Once we called the listed number a lovely gentleman assisted us. Our bed is EXCELLENT quality! It is solid and extremely well made. The courier company were also brilliant. So pleased with everything and I would not hesitate to order from here again! Thanks Barron Beds!!!!

Bed arrived a week after ordering. Online process very straightforward and easy with all the colour, frame, bed size options in drop down menus. Bed was exactly as ordered and it looks fab in my newly decorated bedroom. Would highly recommend Barrons Beds as their service was excellent

I had already purchased a Casper Adjustable bed frame and was then looking for an ornate Sleigh bed frame to fit around it. This meant that the bed sides had to be longer than a regular Super King sized bed frame, so the Casper adjustable had clearance to move around within it acting as a surrounding frame. Barron Beds made me up a customised bed with no slat supporting rails on the side panels to avoid blocking the adjustable base and extra length on the sides to lend clearance for bedding and pillows moving up and down. They were a pleasure to deal with and the product is terrific value for money, over £200 less than Wayfair and others selling identical beds that were not customised. They also supplied the slats, an extra pair of sides and all the fittings so I can change it back if we stop using the adjustable Casper frame within it. The delivery team were polite and safely masked, the product was well wrapped in waterproof plastic and the order was fulfilled in good time, when we are coming out of Covid19 lock-down. I would give them 6 stars for value and customer service. If you need something a little different give them a call. I dealt with Jay he was great. Its worth investing in communicating clearly, especially when you want something different, and Barron Beds are very flexible. It's rare to have positive things to say about quality, service and value for money, plus sourced from UK firm.

Lovely quality bed, good delivery but the reason i would rate four stars is due to communication, the communication level was poor for the updates on when delivery would be made. Do not be put off the beds are of a high quality.

Beautiful strong, well made good quality bed, and mattress at a fantastic price. Everything was going perfectly, good website, amazing selection and easy ordering. I received a text on the Wednesday to say the courier would be in contact to arrange delivery. To my horror I returned home from work on Monday to find my bed dumped outside my house in the pouring rain! When I played my voice messages the delivery driver had left me a message saying he was an hour away, not good enough if you don’t get the message at all or if I needed to arrange time off work to stay at home and wait in for delivery. Im 5ft 1 and 8 and a half stone, I had to get my brand new beautiful Superking bed and mattress out of the poring rain to stop it getting ruined. I managed to drag it into my house alone. I emailed Barron Beds with photographs of where the bed had just been dumped expressed my concerns over water damage and nobody from the company has had the decency to even bother to reply. Luckily the only damage was a few dirty marks on the mattress where the plastic ripped when I dragged it. I’m just having a house built and have 4 other bedrooms to furnish, would I use again? Yes as the beds are brilliant, but would be aware of poor delivery service and awful customer service in future!!!

Love the bed, it's even nicer than it is in the picture. The build is solid, and the upholstery is luxurious. I am very pleased. Excellent service from choice of bed size to delivery to mattress advice . I do recommend !

Ordered my bed 2 weeks ago. Came within 7days. Can't fault anything the quality is lovely, good solid bed and can't wait to climb in every night and don't want to leave it in the morning. Definately 5 star service.

We ordered a king bed and ottoman from Barron Beds, all seemed to be going well until it was delivered. Firstly I had to unload the bed myself from the van as the driver turned up on his own and the weight and size clearly requires 2 people. Upon building the bed, the bed was way wider than a king so the slats show and one of the side rails was a lot shorter therefore the 1st and last slat didn't rest upon anything. Upon lodging a complaint I was told that the slats didn't need spacing all the way out!!! (for reference the slats are connected to a ribbon which should be tensed) and the bed should be wider so you can tuck in your duvet!, little am I still convinced by this what it does preclude is having fitted sheets as if you do all the slats are on view. We have several beds in our house to which none reveal the slats and all fit the slats perfectly from top to bottom. I was told (even with strong photographic evidence) that there was nothing wrong with the bed and I quote "we both know nothing is wrong with the bed". After a while they agreed to recollect and refund. However...... They have collected the bed (which I had to load on the van! and a refund is nowhere to be seen and they haven't answered any communications since collecting. I find them incredibly rude and customer service is non existent as there view is were right and your wrong attitude and its appalling. Every time you phone its on voicemail, delivery is by a single man in a van. The company website looks professional but I'm certain the company is a one man operation with zero customer service and unprofessional to deal with. I've now raised a dispute with my credit card company in order to obtain my refund as BarronBeds I cannot get hold of via email nor phone or text!!! Yes they are cheap but a lesson certainly learned in why you should really only deal with reputable companies!!!!......AVOID

Was a little unsure about ordering from Barronbeds as couldn’t find very many reviews on them. But decided to go for it and ordered the Winchester king size gas lift storage ottoman bed in light grey chenille late Saturday night also contacted Barronbeds to see about assembly so I could prepare my partner!! The bed was delivered this morning (The following Thursday) it came in three parts the headboard and the base came in two separate parts with a bag of the legs etc inside the base. The bed was very easy to put together (so my partner tells me) and it’s absolutely stunning, the quality is fantastic and it’s half the price I’ve seen very similar beds being sold for from other retailers. I have already recommended Barronbeds to my family, friends and work colleagues as you can to fault the quality or the beds or the customer service.

absolutely love my new bed, ordered a king size divan in crushed velvet with matching tufted headboard. top service and quality, looks far more expensive than it was. would highly recommend to anyone wanting good quality at a cheaper price :) quick delivery too. thank you barronbeds.
