Sep 03,2022Customer service was amazing, after ordering online, I received a call checking that the headboard colour and bed was correct and explained the measurements and to check that it would fit up the stairs, he was really helpful and made the experience much more personal. As I was a bit unsure the guy offered to send me swatches of the material before he processed the order, he gave me a couple of days to decide, then called me a few days later. Absolutely love the headboard and ottoman, they are really good quality. The delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were polite and put the bed up quite quickly. From a company that I had not heard of, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and personable they made it for me, thank you barronbeds, I highly recommend this company.

Aug 09,2022Absolute amazing customer service from start to finish, contacted via instagram and nothing was too much trouble in asking questions out of hours, sent me extra images to compare materials, organised additional couriers to make sure I had a bed for when moving, although on opening the bed there was a fault it was arranged to come and be repaired, Tahir was friendly and did an excellent job, the bed looks amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy from a family run business that go the extra mile which is a rarity these days but makes all the difference, Love my bed thankyou, Hannah

The bespoke material of the bed was soft to touch and looks absolutely luxurious. I am so pleased with my purchase it turned out better than what I anticipated. Not forgetting the sleep master mattress, one of the comfiest ever. I would definitely recommend Barron beds.

Delivery was prompt and the drivers even took it upstairs for me.
