Dec 22,2021Reached out trying to find a very hard to source 2022 DeMarini The Goods BBCOR bat for my son in time for Christmas. Google searched it and only website was this one. Found a text contact option and laughingly texted the number at 9pm EST and got the owner of the company who both confirmed the bat was in stock and offered free (to me) shipping from Pennsylvania to SC on a Sat night to receive tomorrow; 12/22. Personal service I’ve never received before and clearly someone who cares about taking care of his customers. We are 100% loyal repeat purchasers for life.

Dec 19,2021Talk about an easy order and timely shipping. I called to find out if the softballs I wanted were in stock and found out they were when I wasn't finding them on the big online stores. I was told it would be quicker and more secure to order directly on the website so I did. The order was quick and easy, shipping was handled fast and they actually arrived 2 days ahead of the estimate. Great job Bats Plus, small business rocks!

Dec 11,2021I wasn’t sure about ordering such expensive items off a site I wasn’t familiar with but the 2 softball bats I ordered arrived very quickly, within a few days and the driver even checked to see if it was the right house. Great quality and new. In a secure box. Would order again. Bats are priced fairly based off of other competitors.
