Dec 04,2024The design person who sent the proofs had zero attention to detail. They kept making mistakes (spelling errors, missing punctuation, etc.), requiring multiple edits to the proofs before approval could be given. This caused a delay in the production of my order, and I almost missed my event altogether. It was a very stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating experience. I will find a new company to work with for our future engraving needs.

Dec 04,2024I ordered 100 of the recycled notebooks with our company's logo included on the front. I was super excited about the opportunity to try a new company, especially one local to Michigan! Sadly the notebooks arrived damaged and have printing errors (not that anything is spelt incorrectly but the printing press had something on the "A" so it's wonky on almost all of the notebooks). I sent an email to customer service so I am hoping they can help rectify the concern.
