Mar 31,2023Customer Service Rep Noah King. Noah did a great job assisting me with my order by phone and by email. He also helped with the product approval process. There were 5 trophies and I only received approval requests for 3. Noah stepped in and bridged the gap so ultimately I received all approval requests. The trophies themselves are beautiful, from the color to the engraving.
