Jul 19,2024I ordered tumblers for our teachers at my school. I had problems in my district due to the price. After finally getting approval. I couldn't get them delivered before school was out before. While out on summer break there were problems with delivery. I contacted Baudville about what I was going through and why I wanted the tumblers. They were delivered within a couple of days. I appreciate those at Baudville that helped us in time for the new school year. Love our tumblers. Baudville your great!

Jul 15,2024This happened on Tuesday, July 9th around 4pm. I called for my colleague. The representative (I can't remember her name) who answered was quite rude and it seemed she did not want to do her job. First she couldn't locate my previous order because I didn't have product #'s handy. She offered expediated shipment but I told her I didn't need that and that I was confident I would get products in time. She curtly replied that "I am confident that you won't get it on time." (I actually did receive it on time and before I needed the products.) Then I put her on hold because I was trying to get product #'s and when I got back she had HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and someone else kindly helped me. I've been ordering with you for about 4 years and this was the worst experience I've had.

Initially, I had ordered a different goat trophy, but I was promptly informed that it wouldn't arrive on time. The customer service team quickly notified me and offered a replacement that would arrive on time. I was able to choose the "You're the Goat" trophy as a substitute. The entire process was smooth, and I'm very happy with both the product and the excellent service. Highly recommend!
