I called my customer service representative and received a replacement clock the very next day. No hassle and expedient service. Absolutely fabulous.

Jun 03,2024Customer service was top notch! The trophy we ordered was damaged on arrival, so we inquired about getting a replacement. The replacement arrived in just a couple of days. Unfortunately, that one was damaged too, but Baudville made it correct again by sending yet another trophy - this one shipped over a weekend and was received early on a Monday, and in time for the event it was ordered for. The item was not damaged. Thanks to Baudville for making it right and getting us our order in time for the event even with the delays from the damaged item(s)!

Jun 01,2024I did end up having to call the company to place my order because the website would not load our company logo and so I could not see a proof of it. The phone call was a bit distracting because I had two different people talking to me. One I believe was training the other person but he kept breathing so loudly into the phone that I could not hear the employee who was helping me very well. All in all, we did get my order placed and I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order! The product is beautiful as well.
