I was stressed out with our timeline, etc. and she was able to not only help me with replacements of discontinued items, but our order was delivered ON TIME for our annual staff appreciation luncheon. The quality of your gift bags and tissue paper are so worth the cost and makes the gift extra special. As always, the items were engraved correctly, packaged perfectly and beautiful.
