Apr 20,2024Love the Jade Glass Paperweight! The Baudeville staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My only complaints (and they are with UPS and not Baudeville) is that the shipping and handling cost for a $34.99 item was $34.66 and rather than placing the item at our front or side door at the end of our driveway the driver placed it on top of our mailbox, which is right by the street, in plain view of anyone passing by. You might want to consider contracting with another handler whose prices aren't so high and is more professional and considerate when making deliveries.
