I ordered 6 beautiful award trophies that arrived sooner than anticipated. My correspondence with the graphic designers to get our desired text and logo on the trophies was very smooth. I got fast responses, and every little tweak edit I requested was quickly applied. When speaking with customer service for options that were within our budget, they showed me was available to me and even found a current discount that they applied to my order. This experience was nothing short of superb, thank you Baudville!

Great products at a great price and super fast shipping. I took off two stars because the approval process of having plaques made was cumbersome, redundant and frustrating. We also didn’t appreciate seeing multiple charges on our credit card statement despite the fact we placed one single solitary order. Our CPA charges us per transaction so when they did the multiple charges for one single order, I was very unhappy about it.

QC needs to be little more watchful - we had to order the same product three times to get it right. Printing was off center, then had scratches, third time GREAT! The customer service can not do any better, it was amazing! VERY Happy with our final product. :)

I ordered three different items for three different corporate locations. Two arrived flawless, one was broken. I contacted customer service and received a replacement to the appropriate location in 4 business days. They were great!

They were able to deliver the plaque in time for the event. The only issue is they did not carefully check the text before they delivered the plaque. There was an error in the text even after I have approved the proof.

The trophy was great. However, when I ordered it, I asked for delivery no later than Monday 6/12. I needed it for a sales meeting the morning of 6/13. It did not arrive until the afternoon of Tuesday 6/13 so I did not have it for my sales meeting.
