May 20,2022Ich hatte ein perfektes Einkaufserlebnis. Die Informationen auf der Homepage was Größe, Reinheit, Schliff und Fassung betrifft, sind sehr gut aufbereitet und hilfreich. Der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe den Artikel an ein Hotel senden lassen und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Der Artikel ist genau wie beschrieben und gut verpackt angekommen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Baunat bestellen.

May 04,2022Excellente expérience chez Baunat avec un professionnalisme constant. A prix équivalent et même moindre, la bague commandée était magnifique et surpasse de loin ce que l'on peut trouver dans les maisons dites traditionnelles. Je recommande donc les yeux fermés. Le seul petit bémol est que lors de la visite en showroom, les modèles ne sont pas tous exposés (en terme de taille notamment). Cet inconvenient s'avère tout à fait mineur.

Un service impeccable à un prix vraiment intéressant. Le bijou vraiment bien fait et la livraison bien organisée y compris le paquet cadeau.

Apr 28,2022After much research, I decided to reach out to Baunat and it was a brilliant decision. Aude in the London showroom was incredibly helpful. Before I attended she answered all the questions I had (and there were a lot!). I ended up going for a custom ring due to wanting a stone size in the middle of two standard items. I chose a sapphire entourage ring. Being blunt, I was a little nervous about the quality of the sapphire before first meeting Aude. Diamonds are highly regulated but sapphires less so. With Aude and her team being so open and honest, I felt I could trust Baunat and what a great decision it was. The ring is beautiful and the sapphire is perfect. I asked a LOT of questions (spending a lot of money makes you think twice!) but they were patient and helpful the whole way. Even with Jennifer organising delivery and letting me know how to pay the import tax. A fantastic experience and even better ring. Thank you Baunat!!!! I will be Buying from you again.
