Oct 05,2024This is the worse service I ever received. I am waiting for a refund since 19th August. When the deposit was required, they kept bullying and constantly messaging. Since I requested a refund, I have been following up via emails and WhatsApp, all messages are unacknowledged. I decided to message from another WhatsApp and Instagram account and they responded immediately. For anyone looking for recommendations, please DO NOT USE BAYCHIC!!!! WE NEED TO MAKE THEM FAMOUS!!!

Sep 06,2024If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible service and communication. They only respond to people when they want to bully them for further payments. Every single time, they somehow find additional charges and give you no compensation for wasted time and distress. I have been promised an outfit for over two weeks and before I even received a tracking number, they have been bullying me to pay additional shipping fees……for an outfit that’s supposed to be received about two weeks ago. They have also missed every single deadline with my outfit and even though I understand the complexity of mine……they have missed their own pushed back deadline time after time. This outfit as per their pushed back deadline is supposed to be received at the beginning of July. It’s now two months later. Do not purchase anything from them. Frauds. I wish I could get a refund and move on from this terrible time of my life. They have made wedding planning stressful for me as I constantly had to request updates before any was given to me and when I do request updates within their timeline….all they do is give attitude about asking for updates. No apology. Wrong and strong.

May 14,2024I am just reading the most recent response from Baychic on someone who has called them out for scamming. Hey Baychic, why are you not responding to 2 of my comments and also my WhatsApp messages? What happened to giving me my refund as promised. You guys are a joke! Seriously people, you are better off going to India and getting your clothes or use another provider to have your outfits made. Still waiting on my $1300 New Zealand Dollar refund from these guys, from 2023 lol.

May 01,2024Absolutely loved my outfit but the date of delivery arrived 14 hours before my reception !!!! They had said it would arrive March 29th but I actually didn’t get my outfit until April 19th !!!! thank god I was having a 2 day wedding. I didn’t have enough time to get any alterations but had the outfit had arrived even a week or month in advance it would have been great! Overall the outfit was extravagant and show stopper of the night ! Anybody who is ordering a custom outfit I would suggest lying about your wedding dates by at least 1-2 months ! Anxiety levels were at its upmost high not having my outfit and it being in the process of delivery 🚚.

Apr 13,2024I saw the advertisement on Instagram. I live in United States. I was informed by BayChic that all their clients are from USA & Canada. I believed them. My daughter loved the dress on Instagram. So I ordered the dress. I paid $1,200 via bank transfer. I wished I had checked the google reviews. Now we cannot leave any reviews on google as it shows the business has shut down. On google it’s not possible to put multiple reviews unless one has an account. BayChic must have scammed multiple American & Canadian citizens. They sent the dress after the function. The dress that we received is completely different than the dress we ordered. After I ordered with Baychic, I was in India & bought beautiful dresses for my daughter who is the bride for 1/10th the price. I am 60 years old & this is the first time I was scammed. I want to take action even if it means flying to Bombay & holding BayChic responsible for this.

Mar 13,2024The worst company I’ve dealt with. They promised me outfit in 6 weeks. Everytime they said it would be done by a certain date, nothing was done. I had to constantly follow up every single week. I asked for my refund then since it was useless to work with them. They promised me my refund 4 months ago. Now they barely answer my emails or my calls or messages. This company will take your money and that’s all they care about. Screw you Inder.

Dec 04,2023I wish I could give Bay Chic a zero. Horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone. They were unable to make my outfit in time and instead of being honest gave me the most absurd lie saying that their workshop had caught on fire and so did my outfit. Pretty unbelievable as they had not even sketched the outfit or sent me a sample of the design yet… so pretty sure they hadnt even started on the outfit. I had to reach out to them asking if my outfit was delayed or what’s happening for them to inform me, they didnt even bother to let me know themselves. They offered a refund on September 14th and it is now December 1st and I am left with no responses from them and no money back. These people dont deserve a dime of your hard earned money.

Sep 23,2023My dress arrived one week later than what I initially planned, the color was way off than what I shared (baby blue was what was delivered when the image I shared was sage green), the sherwani was olive green and does not complement the dress at all which is more blue than green. Throughout the whole process, I was not shown the fabric color, only the embroidery and had to constantly ask for updates. It felt like they started working on the dress two weeks before the initial delivery date and rushed the whole thing. The sherwani was not shown until it was complete so I had no clue what color or design was involved. The only benefit is the price which is very reasonable but aside from that I am very disappointed with the whole process.

Sep 08,2023My husband and I loved our wedding outfits! They truly captured what I wanted as a bride and managed to match it quite well. The quality of fabric was really nice. The workmanship and embroidering was well done. My only issue was delivery time as our outfits was delivered during the wedding week. Which they apologized for. Overall we loved everything and were very satisfied. Thank you for our lovely outfits baychic!

May 30,2023I had the pleasure to work with bay chic team initially via whatsapp. I love designer lehengas and planned to wear something pre-made but honestly, nothing feels better than getting to design your own wedding lehenga stitch by stitch and Bay chic has helped deliver exactly that. Every stitch was intricately done and the end result was absolutely everything I ever dreamed of. I am so beyond happy to have worked with Bay chic and team and would recommend others to trust their expertise !! Cannot wait to shop with you guys again!! May 11,2023Baychic will take your money and you won't get an outfit. I paid them in full $800CAD and never got a refund or an outfit. They advertised something they didn't have the ability to make and when I asked for refund, they refused. Watch out for fake reviews. They also don't appreciate honesty and if you give them feedback they will argue with you like a child. AVOID this company!!!!

May 04,2023My experience working with Baychic to receive my wedding lehenga was 10/10. From start to finish, the team was extremely attentive, fast-paced and so communicative. The team worked with me to figure out what style/colors looked best and they even made a custom top for the outfit I chose! Everything is fit to perfection and I'm so happy with the way my lehenga came out. I will definitely be recommending Baychic to my friends and family, and will use them for future outfits!

Jan 25,2025Gorgeous work!! All hand-embroidered and better than what I expected!! The client manager was very professional, knew his work, art, fashion and designing very well. The outfits made were out of this world, so beautiful/gorgeous and breathtaking. Everyone at my wedding LOVED the red and gold legengas. The designers and embroiders were very professional, knew exactly how to do a marvelous job!! Some opportunities for improvement: 1. Maintain time management so outfits can be made and delivered on time. 2. Tailoring could be better. Maybe because of the rush, the stitching wasn’t perfect; I had to get the blouses altered from a local boutique.
