If there is gonna be that much of a delay they shouldn’t hold up half the order and reach out to the client and discuss options. The pieces that were holding up the order were small inexpensive pieces that would be good to keep in stock.

Oct 11,2022I needed a very tiny part - a little spring that holds the roasting bar in place. It cost less than $1. Without this tiny part, the roasting bar is unstable. I ordered it from BBQing, and it arrived soon afterward. I'm amazed that BBQing can and will deliver such a tiny part, exactly as advertised. Well done!
