A very good website enabled me to easily order parts for my Napolian BBQ that we delivered on time.
After reading the reviews on BBQing.com I was confident in ordering my Napoleon BBQ with them on July 31st, 2022. When I received my BBQ it was damaged, I called their Customer Service line and they advised that I would have to put everything back in the box and they will arrange for pick up, since I had assembled pieces of the BBQ, they advised that I would not be able to send the BBQ back and I would have to deal with Napoleon myself. It is August 30th and my issue has still not been resolved. Lesson learned do not order a BBQ online with BBQing.com, once they have your money it's up to you to resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed this my first time spending this much money on a BBQ and it's the WORST service I have received.

I needed to change an order because of delayed delivery times. Support staff was very helpful in finding a comparable replacement and switching orders. I will come back for any future purchases.

Online ordering was easy and the staff were great at pickup.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong barbecue, a built in instead of free standing. My bad. I contacted the company and was told there was a 35% restocking fee. I felt that was unreasonably high. However, they offered to reduce it to 15% if I bought the one I did want from them. So I ordered and paid for the right barbecue. Now I had charges for both barbecues on my credit card. The company said I was responsible for freight charges to return the first barbecue. It weighed almost 200 lbs. The freight companies I knew wouldn’t transport anything over 150 lbs. I asked BBQing if I could use their freight company. They said yes. So I suggested when they delivered the right barbecue they could pick up the wrong barbecue. The answer was ‘no they couldn’t facilitate that’. Their company would charge me just under $400 to ship it back to them. Luckily I have a friend who has a cottage on our lake and lives 50 kms. from the BBQing warehouse. He returned it for me. Then the ‘right’ barbecue is delivered. My husband assembles it and then discovers it’s a natural gas barbecue. We live on an island. There is no natural gas. I ordered propane but received natural gas. Their bad. BBQing contacted a Napoleon dealer in Huntsville (about 45 minutes from our home). They had an assembled floor model which used propane. They delivered it to us and we swapped out the natural gas model. The entire process took about 3 weeks but the time and energy it took to transport 3 170+ lbs. barbecues to an island property (the freight company only delivered to the landing) and transport 2 back to the landing was arduous. No compensation was offered for their mistake. I thought perhaps a refund of the 15% restocking fee on the first barbecue would be warranted. The good news is the support person, Hannah, was lovely to deal with and quickly responded to the issues and we finally have the barbecue we wanted.

The folks at Bbqing.com were very helpful. I was able to purchase a bbq as a gift for my husband with their assistance. The bbq arrived in tact and is now a wonderful addition to our patio.

Almost 4 months for delivery. You sell products you don't even have a clue when they will be back in stock, wasting time of your customers. No credits, no nothing for a 300$ bill .... waited 4 months to get replacing parts - I could have just bought a new BBQ elsewhere ... As an hospitality worker for the past 18 years, I expect more than 'sorry for the delay its out of our control' response .... gotta improve BBQing.com ; if you say 3-6 weeks waiting for availability, must be it, otherwise, you are lying not knowing when it will be back ....
